Things I Did Not Know Before Going To Taiwan

When I was asked if I would want to submit a story to Roads are for Journeys, I was ecstatic. But as I read more and more of the already published stories, the excitement turned to doubt: “Holy crap. These are amazing stories! Amazing writing! AMAZING PHOTOS! …why did they ask me?? They must be need a filler.” I almost took back my, “uhh, HECK YEAH” for fear of my writing or style not being able to compete with the current content. But, as with most decisions in my life, I ultimately decided, “eff it; filler or not.” So here is a story of an adventure from 2016; I hope it stirs up at least one emotion.
