People often ask me why Mongolia? Most of the time I have a laundry list of reasons; Its beauty, the culture, the people, the way strangers can make you feel like family, the vodka, the songs, the connectedness to their heritage is beautiful to witness, the traditions they maintain in modern days, the music, the art, the kindness of strangers, the pride, the most adorable children with snot running down their nose, the style of the people in the main city Ulaanbaatar and the beauty of the traditional dress in the countryside. That is to just name a few of the reasons why.
